The WJ-0.6 boasts numerous high-performance features, helping mines increase productivity and optimize mining costs. By optimizing the overall width, length, and turning radius, the machine can operate flexibly in narrower lanes, effectively reducing dilution and operating costs.
The WJ Series features a 38° articulated frame structure, giving the machine excellent maneuverability and maneuverability. The ergonomically designed side-seat canopy not only ensures a wide view for the operator in both directions, but also significantly enhances operator comfort. The reinforced boom and load frame structure, along with optimized geometry, further enhance the machine's digging performance and operating efficiency.
In terms of power and transmission, the machine is equipped with a four-wheel drive system, featuring a zero-slip differential on the front axle and a limited-slip differential on the rear axle, ensuring strong traction in challenging terrain. The braking system utilizes SAHR (Spring-Applied Hydraulic Release) technology, integrating the parking brake and the service brake for safety and reliability. All machine functions are centrally controlled by hydraulic joysticks, reducing operator effort. Combined with the vibration-suppressed cab, this creates a low-fatigue, high-efficiency working environment for the operator.
